The Ipsalu Teachers invite you to join them for a Four Part Series called A Taste of Bliss. The theme of the fourth workshop is:
The Ipsalu Formula: A Method for Creating Blissful Sacred Space
The evening will be a mixture of teaching and practice. Each night includes key elements of: Welcoming and joining, Ipsalu Formula, opportunities for teachers to share knowledge, opportunities for participants to share insights/questions/feelings etc., closing experience.
Each night includes a variety of experiences (usually within the Formula) of movement, touch, voice (mantra/singing, speaking what’s real), meditation (stillness), sensate focus, expression of emotions and energy experiments.
You do not need to attend all sessions, each evening stands on its own.
Please join us for supper afterwards and please feel free to bring a plate to share.

And the potency of our sexuality, if we can learn to surrender to its flow to our hearts, will open us to the most exquisite experiences of intimacy and connection.
During the evening, we will explore the wisdom of our bodies using the proven Ipsalu Tantra formula and simple, playful and powerful practices that can take us into a place of deep transformation.
